Coach Carlo Prati is a U.S. Soccer National D Licensed coach with more than 12 years of coaching experience, developing players from the youth, middle school, high school, and collegiate levels. A Shaler Area High School graduate (Class of 2003) and former collegiate player at Point Park University, Carlo is passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Coach Carlo is entering his first season as the Head Coach of the Shaler Area High School Girls Soccer Program after spending the previous eight seasons at Fox Chapel Area High School. During his tenure at Fox Chapel, he served four seasons as Varsity Head Coach (2022–2025) and four seasons as JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant (2018–2021), leading one of the area's most successful programs.
His accomplishments as Varsity Head Coach include:

* 2025 WPIAL Class 3A Section 1 Champions
* 2024 WPIAL Class 3A Finalists
* 2024 WPIAL Class 3A Section 1 Champions
* 2023 WPIAL Class 4A Champions
* 2023 WPIAL / Big 56 Class 4A Section 1 Coach of the Year
Before joining Fox Chapel, Coach Carlo spent four seasons at Shaler Area High School (2014–2018) as the JV Coach and Varsity Assistant, helping develop players within the Titans program. He began his coaching career with Stars United Academy (now Beadling SC North), serving as an assistant coach for the U9 Boys (2012–2013) and U10 Boys (2013–2014) teams. He is also currently coaching the Beadling SC North Girls U14 White and U17 White teams.
